1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the wonbd website accessible at wonbd.cc and all associated pages, services, games, and tools hosted thereon.
• "wonbd", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the wonbd platform.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, or registers an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered personal account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet allocations, free spins, or any other non-cash incentive credited to an Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds or a deposit amount must be staked before a withdrawal can be processed.
• "Taka" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency supported on the Platform.
• "Games" means all casino games, slot titles, live dealer tables, and virtual sport simulations accessible through the Platform.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting service offered through the Platform, covering cricket, football, kabaddi, and other events.
• "Third-Party Studio" means any external game developer or live dealer content provider whose products are integrated into the Platform, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before certain account actions are permitted.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone in which all Platform timestamps are recorded.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the wonbd Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of wonbd, or an immediate family member of any such person, for any account used for real-money wagering.
• You must not have a previously closed, restricted, or self-excluded Account on the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

wonbd reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason for the refusal.

3 Account Management

Once your Account has been successfully created, you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials. The following obligations and conditions apply to Account management:

• You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify wonbd support immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link) if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• wonbd will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your registered contact details, including your email address and phone number, remain current and accurate. Changes can be made through your Account settings or by contacting support.
• Your Account is for your personal recreational use only. Commercial wagering, syndicate betting, or systematic exploitation of the Platform for financial gain through automated means is prohibited.

wonbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account at any time if we reasonably believe that the Account is being used in violation of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent or criminal activity, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wonbd Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, subject to availability at any given time.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and Account tier.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. wonbd is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used to fund your wonbd Account. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger a compliance review.
• wonbd does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that has previously been used to deposit funds into your wonbd Account, or to an account verified in your name through the KYC process.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your Account verification status and VIP tier.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). VIP members may be eligible for expedited processing.
• wonbd reserves the right to perform additional security and verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may temporarily delay the release of funds.
• Any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. Please refer to the individual promotion terms for applicable requirements.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

wonbd offers a range of promotional incentives to registered members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback rewards, and tournament prizes. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Promotional offers are available to verified, registered wonbd members only. wonbd reserves the right to restrict or exclude specific members from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that remain subject to incomplete wagering after the expiry deadline will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots may contribute at a higher rate than live casino or table games. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's individual terms.
• wonbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through hedging strategies, systematic play patterns designed to lock in low-risk returns, or collusion with other members — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wonbd reserves the right to void winnings and close Accounts in such cases.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The wonbd Platform offers a cricket and sports sportsbook, a live casino lobby, and a slots library. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

Sportsbook:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation. Once a bet slip has been confirmed and a bet reference issued, the odds are locked.
• In the event of a match cancellation, abandonment, or postponement of more than 24 hours (BST), all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Account balance, unless individual market rules specify otherwise.
• wonbd reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded or where it is evident that the outcome was already known at the time of placing.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. wonbd reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during an event without prior notice.

Casino & Slots:

• All casino games are supplied by certified Third-Party Studios and use independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. wonbd does not operate any proprietary house games.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for slot titles are set by the originating studio. Indicative RTP figures may be published within game information panels where provided by the studio.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, all affected game rounds will be voided and stakes returned to the Account balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Live casino tables are subject to individual table minimum and maximum bet limits as displayed within the live lobby.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the wonbd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or using an Account registered in another person's name.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or during ongoing use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform without prior written approval from wonbd.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to derive financial advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or wagering with knowledge of corrupted sporting events.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including but not limited to live poker or live baccarat, to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform as a payment intermediary.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion, by opening a new Account or accessing the Platform through a third party's Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wonbd staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the wonbd Platform — including but not limited to the wonbd brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wonbd or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from wonbd.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform software or content.
• Use the wonbd brand, logo, or trademarks in any context without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

All game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective Third-Party Studios. wonbd holds valid licences for the display and operation of all such content within the Platform environment.

9 Privacy & Data

wonbd collects, stores, and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by the wonbd Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to:

• Identity and contact information provided during registration and KYC verification.
• Transaction records, including deposit and withdrawal history.
• Wagering and gameplay data for the purpose of account management, fraud detection, and responsible gaming monitoring.
• Device and session data including IP address, browser type, and access timestamps.

wonbd implements industry-standard SSL encryption across all data transmission between your device and the Platform. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. 10 Responsible Gaming

wonbd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for a minority of users and take our obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered members at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount of Taka you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can be lowered at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Your session will be paused automatically if the limit is reached.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated on-screen notifications appear at 30-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute intervals during an active session to remind you of your playing time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests submitted to wonbd support are actioned within one business day. • Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay displaying your session duration and net session profit or loss.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wonbd provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service availability.

wonbd shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access caused by maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or factors outside wonbd's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your disclosure of login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• The outcome of any game supplied by a Third-Party Studio, including any technical malfunctions within that studio's software that affect gameplay.
• Any gambling losses sustained on the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that you participate entirely at your own risk.

Where wonbd's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of your Account balance at the time the claim arises.

12 Amendments & Termination

Amendments: wonbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide registered members with advance notice of significant changes via email or on-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure.

Account Closure by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting wonbd support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your verified payment account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds not yet subject to a completed Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

Termination by wonbd: wonbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, fail to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe, or if we determine that continued operation of your Account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to the Platform.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

wonbd operates as an online entertainment platform serving players located in Bangladesh. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable principles of entertainment and consumer services law. wonbd makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh.

It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the wonbd Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence. wonbd accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from User access in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
